How to make appointments & do we take walk-ins?
Appointments can be made over the phone, text, or email. We currently prefer text as we are very busy and it is easier to gather information about your pet and services you are inquiring for.
Walk-ins are welcome for Self-Serve Dog Wash only. Same-day appointments for a Full-Service Bath for small breeds might be available. Please call or text in advance.
Appointments are required for Full-Service Tidy-Ups and Full-Service Grooms. No walk-ins.
We are currently not booking first-time customers with medium-large breeds, such as Huskies, Doodles, German Shepherds, Australian Shepherds, etc. All dogs welcome for the DIY Dog Wash.
